Please keep in mind that we are a family-owned business; we don’t have multiple warehouses and an army of robots like another e-commerce site all of us moms use and love (we’re not going to name any names but let’s say it rhymes with “Glamazon”). Shipping Information

Okay, here is the information you were actually looking for! We ship with Standard USPS and shipping is free for all orders over $150. If your order is less than $150, we charge a flat fee of $10. If you live in a rural area where USPS doesn’t delivery directly to your home, please make sure to provide a P.O. box in the shipping form.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Within the first thirty (30) days from purchase, we will provide a full refund for any merchandise purchased through the Site, once the product has been shipped by you and received in our facility. Requests for refunds must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Refunds will only be given for merchandise purchased from our Site. Merchandise must be unused, with tags attached. Please don’t use it and then return it - that’s tacky! 

If a claim is made that the merchandise which was purchased through our Site is damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement product or a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date you ship the product and it is received in our facility, so long as the damage or defect was present at the time of receipt and was not caused by wearing or misuse of the product (ex. letting your dog play with it).

You can also exchange any product that is in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a proof of purchase as long as you ship it to us and it is received by us within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The exchange would be good for a product of equal or lesser value. An exchange is only available for products purchased on our Site. Any difference in the price paid for the original merchandise verses the retail price of the replacement merchandise will be refunded to you. 

For all returns and exchanges, it is your responsibility to pay for all shipping charges and to ship the product to Little LAMMA, LLC  2118 Wilshire Blvd. Suite 609 Santa Monica, CA 90403. We are not responsible for any returns or exchanges which do not arrive at our office.
